First Night 4-9pm- GESA Carousel of Dreams Enjoy five hours of carousel rides, bounce houses, interactive activities, performances and FIREWORKS all for one affordable price. The event is 4-9pm at the Gesa Carousel of Dreams in Kennewick. We’ve even taken over the pavilion next to our building to add to the fun. The event concludes at 9pm with the area’s only public fireworks display right outside the doors of the carousel. All attendees need a ticket to attend.
